She decided to make her
dreams come true and graduated from Le
Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in
Orlando,Florida.
Chef Ansley trained under Master Chef
Klaus Friedenreich and was inducted into the prestigious Culinary Society Chaine

Rotisseurs.
This led her to many travels throughout
the United States. Chef Ansley worked at the White Elephant Resort in Nantucket, MA and also the Marriott Resort in Golden, CO to name a few.
After her travels, her passion for fusion
cuisine grew as she focused on the various Asian cultures that Hawaii has to offer which inspired her to create
Aloha Ansley Hawaiian Fusion.
She came back to her native State of Florida and is a proud owner of her thriving business.
Chef Ansley has won Best PokΓ© multiple years in a row.
