The owner, Chef Ansley, has always had a deep passion for cooking. She decided to follow her dreams and attend Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts, in Orlando, Florida. Chef Ansley trained under Master Chef Klaus Friedenreich and was inducted into the prestigious Culinary Society, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. After the completion of her Culinary degree she traveled throughout the U.S. working at various types of restaurants from fine dining, luxury resorts and hotels, to small dives across America. Chef Ansley gained experience at The White Elephant Resort in Nantucket, MA and at The Marriott Resort in Golden, CO. Based on her experience, she decided she wanted to open a laid back, fast casual restaurant that provided the community with fresh, top quality ingredients. She was greatly inspired by the Hawaiian Island's tropical flavors, diverse Asian cuisines, and their "Aloha Spirit" and wanted to bring it to her native city, Largo, Florida.
