Aloha Ansley was created by twenty-five year old Florida native, Ansley Spencer. Ansley has always had a passion for cooking. When she graduated high school she decided to attend culinary school with the dream of opening a restaurant of her own. She was accepted into Le Cordon Bleu College Of Culinary Arts, where she was later hand selected by Master Chef Klaus Friedenreich to be inducted into Chaine Des Rotisseurs. Following her dream has led her all over the U.S. She worked two seasons as a chef on Nantucket, Massachusetts at the White Elephant Resort. She then traveled to Golden, Colorado to work as a chef at the Marriott Hotel. Ansley traveled all the way to Hawaii to capture the authentic Hawaiian flavors along with the Aloha Lifestyle. Her intentions of traveling to Hawaii was never to open a traditional Hawaiian restaurant. Instead she took the flavors that stood out to her the most and created a Hawaiian Fusion menu.
